Let’s look at some tips for how to achieve a good band score for IELTS Writing General Training Task 1. Remember, this task is always letter writing.
This is an example of a General Training Writing Task 1:
A friend has agreed to look after your house and pet while you are on holiday.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
